Those stones are still on the bridge and I myself lifted one in each hand on many occasions and one market day, I carried them across the bridge and back, some four to five yards - Donald Dinnie.

Enzo took on the stones for his first time at The Gathering II and successfully added his name to the roll of honour. His lift was witnessed by the appointed judges for the event Frank Ciavattonne, Steve Gardner, Paul Joseph & Scott Dalrymple and the large crowd of athletes & spectators in attendance. Enzo returned in 2019 and achieved anoter successful lift. Enzo is by far the oldest lifter to date at 64 years 5 months and 3 days. An amazing feat.
